We made it out for a surf and a good hike followed
by a poker game & bbq.
Rick D and his soon to b joined in the fun. On the hike back,
R&I raced (most of the way!). Super fun challenge. I haven't run
that far in ages....

Our book says when the water is flowing, it gets as high as the rock
