After c had a meeting up north, we continued a few more hours and arrived in a beautiful winter wonderland at mammoth! Start snow dancing please....

Winter has arrived. Beautiful.

After finding tile underneath the dirty carpet, L and E helped us scrub until it looked beautiful! Then some paint, a new surfboard rack, and it's ready for use! We also put a cabinet in the master bath. Amazing. Organization. Thank you!

Chicken coop is getting closer to completion!!

Poker leads to Chicken Coop???

Thursday night N flew into town and we pretty much went directly over to a friend's house for a poker game. K killed it as usual! She was the biggest winner at the table by far; i on the other hand came up negative. The "All In" plan can't work every time...
Anywho After loosing out I was forced to sit still (as if) and watch the action. We were playing outside and the host owns a few chickens. One really really (really) cool chicken that came and sat in my lap, let me pet her and and eventually pretty much feel a sleep! The next night we had a few friends over and the end result was Saturday plans "we will build a chicken coop". And we did.
Or at least we started one....

Last week we rented a house in Baja and I can't believe we haven't done this sooner; i think it's going to be our new favorite thing to do!

8 people = 8 boards.  I rode 7 of them.

Amazing weather, friends, surf and views.  

The take off point for this wave is next to the rock on the right.  I was the first to sacrifice some skin and blood; and it happened to be in front of everyone...   

We were the only people to utilize the game room.  Ping pong, pool, and an amazing view!

Typical days in SD! (Biking and beach hiking)

A couple of weeks ago we made it up to LA for a WSP concert with A&S.  These concerts are always entertaining and great people watching!  Good thing our hotel was only 2 blocks away.

On the way home we went up to the observatory, the big sign and also a beach hike.

Not sure which park this was in Laguna beach area but it was a great way to break up the drive home

Then...last weekend we hosted a bike/bbq party.

Fun winter pics

A few fun pics from our last trip to the snow!

My 10 day trip started off with a company trip in Tahoe.  I won this t-shirt as an award for my performance on the last snow trip.  Can you tell how excited i am? 

Then I spent a couple days with cousin D and N.  We secured a spot of the beach for 5 days straight!

They opened the top of the basin the first day we were there.  I'm still not sure why we thought this route would be fun, but it was!

Big thanks to E & L for putting up with us and to Adventure Club for a ton of smiles, laughs, and an overall great time!  Go big or go epic.  Fun times.

Aqua Stallion in action

Cousin D's B-friend N has this Z71 Chevy truck named "Aqua Stallion".  We were packed 6 deep into 1 small hotel room somewhere near Breck (we actually had two rooms but Nuckols' wife Lizzy had "altitude sickness" - turns out she's pregnant - so the rest of us partied in one room while she was sick).  I digress... Anywho we watched this big ass truck get stuck in the snow from our window.  It only took N about 5 minutes before he had to offer services (truly one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet).  The result:        

I think Chevy should buy him a new truck or at least use this clip in their next commercial!

The other day I woke up at 1:00am and realized I hadn't checked us in for out flight home.  While searching for Confirm #s i found a few emails with pictures from Ralph's girlfriend...she had found in his old camera.  I really like pic 3 cause you can't tell who is in the wedding and who isn't!
